I teach tools and strategies to support everyday emotional processing. If you’re functioning well but can see that your everyday emotional life could definitely be improved, you’ve come to the right place.
I am however, NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SUPPORT REQUIRED FOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING MENTAL ILLNESS OR A MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER; FOR THIS I WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST OR PSYCHIATRIST.

Can I skip the free course and book onto a beginners course straight away?
Absolutely. The course provides valuable skills and awareness but it is not a prerequisite for any of my other courses. You can sign up for the free course materials separately at any time.
